Friday Fill-In Time! This week has been busy, what with conferences at night, baby care, room cleaning, pointless meetings and such. I have done one row on my blanket and no other crafting. I have come across some interesting V-day crafts, like these, but most crafting has been done in my head. I have a strong yearning to cast on some new knitting project, to sew something for myself or the baby, but I don’t start it because:
1. I have many projects already in various stages of completion.
2. I have no time to finish anything, so I am hesitant to start something else that I am going to leave around in some various stage of completion.
3. Projects in my head work out perfectly and are finished faster.
4. The biggest reason is I haven’t had time to sit down and figure out what I want to make. I think I would be just as happy with some plain socks, but I also have a cobblestone sweater that is plain. I believe the appeal of the socks would be color though. I’m trying to keep busy enough that I don’t have time, because I don’t really want to cast on or cut out another project.
I just need me time I think. But anywho, on to the fill-in!
And…here we go!
1. I know everything will work out to be fine (I just have a hard time believing it).
2. March is the longest month.
3. You can’t help but smile at a chubby baby.
4. I can take it; bring it on!
5. Where have you looked for love lately?
6. My Friday night is now available.
7. And as for the weekend, tonight I’m looking forward to snow, tomorrow my plans include more snow and Sunday, I want to go sledding!
