This weekend we went to Arlington/Washington D.C. for a wedding of some of our friends. We went down for the rehearsal on Friday, stayed down there for Saturday, attended the wedding, and came home Saturday night. Because of course I had to be back for my last weekend of training before the tri!

What I did for Earth Day

I took my kids on a field trip to the local environmental center!

We hiked, we measured trees, we mucked it up, we discussed the finer points of dining a-la-pavilion, and we planted trees and bushes.

Motivation

I’ve been lacking motivation lately, at least in areas of my crafty side of life. However, today will be different. Promise.
